One of my favorite parts of the job is to meet high school seniors, ready to finish up a lifetime of study and then take on the world on their terms. This evening, these two sisters and I enjoyed the outdoors that seemed to be reserved for just ourselves. Also, the fall and winter light near the end of the day was magical.
