I think it’s impossible to spend time by the river and not throw rocks.
One activity I have groups do if I want to try to get them all looking at me is to have them take turns throwing something at me to see who can hit me first. Since Ella is pretty sure she’ll be able to hit me the first time, she’s checking to make sure it’s a small enough rock.
