My favorite photos of my kids are the ones where they are doing something. Maybe that says something about my personality? I think it does, since the philosophizing is generally left to my husband while antsy feelings within prompt me to get busy with some sort of task. With all that said, there are many other types of photos I enjoy, from thoughtful and formal portraits, to ones that are deliberately posed that send messages, to pictures like the ones below that show who people are through what they are doing or who they are relating with. I’ll step away from the heavy thinking and move onto fun; pure fun that is bare-footed, balancing and slightly exhilirating brought on by children at the park playing on the dinosaur bones.
