Is it possible to look forward to a photo session? I think so, and that is my goal for all of my clients. We can get the ‘traditional’ shot with everyone standing and looking at the camera right away. But then we can move into capturing authentic interactions and expressions between family members. This is my favorite part of a session, catching images of relationships. Let’s experience a slice of life together to catch personalities and the looks of people you know and love.

Besides the photos focusing on you, which in my opinion is the most engaging and beautiful part of the picture, your environment is fun to highlight, too. If we can, let’s meet at a location of your choice in a place you are comfortable. If you’d like others to come along and hang out, bring them! And yes, clothing changes are totally acceptable. All this to say, I really do want to make the photo session a time that you enjoy and at the end of it all, the photos will stay with you for a lifetime!
