“Can I get photos with my dog?”
Yes! That’s my answer, every time. Even better was the chance to spend an evening with Marissa, who has given so much time to coaching my kids during swim season. Also, the kids mention how cute Reggie is, so I finally got to meet him myself.
We had perfect conditions up at Fitton Green, which is one of my favorite places in the Corvallis area, especially for photos. It is such a beautiful landscape, with fairly easy access. Get it at golden hour, and you are practically guaranteed to walk away with some gorgeous snapshots of sweet moments!
My favorite photoshoots are those that capture my client’s personality. In this instance, I had the chance to get both owner and pet personalities, and the fun interaction between! Something about a gal with her faithful companion is a beautiful combo, and one I was honored to photograph on this beautiful evening.
Sometimes dogs can be a little tricky to include in a photoshoot. Not so with Reggie! This might have had something to do with the fact that he’s a show dog.
So picturesque! Taking beautiful shots of the valley and landscape and putting people in them only makes them that much better!
